Dare to Dream
In the spirit of
American inventiveness Debra Seefeldt had a problem and invented a
product to solve it.
Debra had to put everything in her life on hold because of 5
surgeries in two years.
She lived near Cheney, WA on 10
acres, pine trees were everywhere. She had just had her 5th surgery
in 2 years. Pain was an everyday issue that she dealt with. Her
disability kept her from enjoying life and even the day to day
aspects of living that we all take for granted. In an attempt to be
just a little productive and not helpless she attempted to pick up
pinecones from the yard. She would go out, bend over and pick up
those nasty pine cones with her hands, walk back in the house only
to see hundreds of pine cones drop AGAIN!
The day-September
25, 2002 and she had picked up cones for the 3rd time. She went in
the house, sat down, looked out the window and started crying, her
pain was so severe and more cones were on the ground. She decided
that was enough!
The idea she had must become
REALITY! She stepped out of her comfort zone to try something
she had only dreamed about and CONEIVORE® is
finally on the path to making life easier for everyone who uses it.
Debra Seefeldt is an entrepreneur with a background in
business, marketing, sales and education. She has worked in diverse
fields and has over two decades of experience in marketing,
developing curriculum, facilitating groups, training, and
consulting. She found the inventor's path strewn with obstacles and
demanding a great quantity of time and energy to ensure a successful
realization.
Blood, sweat and tears have paid off -
CONEIVORE® was selected as a Finalist in the Invention
Showcase at the Electronic Retailing Association's 2006 convention.
The Invention Showcase was started in 1999 in an effort to provide
inventors with a forum to showcase their products to the direct
response industry. Each year there are hundreds of products
submitted, but only 45 inventions are selected. CONEIVORE® has been
awarded the National Home Gardening Club Member Tested & Recommended
Seal of Approval!
The Home Gardening Seal is given to
products that have been tested and evaluated by the members of the
National Home Gardening Club and meet their high standards. The
endorsement comes from Club members who have found a product that
meets or exceeds their expectations.

Pine cone pick up was the problem that CONEIVORE® was
